This page explains how peterluisvenero.com handles information. The site is operated by PLV Universal Trust. It is a public writing and education surface for Peter Luis Venero. It is not a storefront and it does not process payments.

What we collect

If you subscribe, or request The Golden Ticket, you provide a name and an email address. That is the only information you are asked to type.

The site also receives ordinary technical data when any page loads. That includes IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. Ghost, the publishing system, may set first-party cookies for membership, session, and referral attribution.

Cloudflare sits in front of the site and may set a bot-management cookie to distinguish people from automated traffic. Google Tag Manager (container GTM-T87NVCV) loads on the site and may send usage data to Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To send the confirmation message and, when issued, The Golden Ticket PDF.
• To send occasional Dispatches when there is something worth sending. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which pages are read, and to keep the site secure.
• To answer a request you send us.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent the list. We do not use the address you give us to run a paid advertising audience.

Who processes it

Email delivery for this Ghost site uses Resend on the sending domain comms.peterluisvenero.com. Hosting runs on DigitalOcean. DNS and edge security run through Cloudflare. Analytics may run through Google, loaded by Tag Manager.

Those processors see what they need to perform that function. They are not given the list for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

A subscriber record stays until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. We keep what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you. You may ask us to correct it or delete it. You may unsubscribe from mail without deleting other records we are required to keep. If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to non-discrimination under the CCPA and CPRA.

To make a request, write to peter.us@venero.co. Say which right you are exercising. We will verify the request before we act on it.

Children

This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
